Per sa i perket ushqimit di me than se n'shpin ton i kushtohet bajagi kujdes. Zarzavatet iher s'mungojn kurr e i perdorim si te zime pershemull brokoli,karrotat,lulelaken,carciofi etj me pak voj ullinit siper ose me djath t'shkrim siper ose te pjekuna ne furr si kertollat,specat,patlixhanat.
Sallata s'mungon kurr sidomoos gjate veres, asht nji 'must' e kurr s'rrijm pa ble.
Makaronat,kena fillu me perdor edhe ata integral se jan ma te lehta edhe me i perpunu trupi pos qe jan edhe t'mira si shije e mundohena me i ba edhe ata her me perime,her me ton,her me salcna te ndryshme por gjithmon mas me ekzagjeru me kondimentin. Un pervedi s'mund te rri pa i hedh edhe parmigiano se m'pelqen shuuum
Buk me than t'drejten blejm vec iher n'jav se nuk e hajm fort, ma fort grissini ose crackers. T'pakten mu s'asht se m'ban me dek se hehe (na shkojn kilet n'vende t'gabume )
Proshutat (cotto,crudo,mortadella,speck etj)si edhe mishi i pules sidomos e konsumojm shum kurse mishin e bagtive e perdorim po ma pak se mishin e pules ngaqe asht ma i let e ma i asimilushem.
Djathnat po ashtu kena gjet disa lloje e i blejm njata gadi gjithmon,mozzarella,quartirolo qe asht i ngjashem me djathin e bardh qe shitet n'shkoder,parmigiano edhe da djathna te shkrim me ly buken.
Frutat n'shpi ton gjithmon me kile sa po don se i hajm shum e kur dalim me ble bajm furrnizim.

Mundohena me hanger shendetshem (megjithse un kajher e shkeli ),jo me ba djeta e marrina po me e msu trupin me u ushqy me gjanat qe i duhen, tuj evitu yndyren se metaman asht e damshme e aq ma teper qe babi jem vun pak prej kolesterolit e kshtu mundohena me ba ifije ma kujdes. Mendoj edhe se fakti qe jetojm n'nji vend ku guzhina asht e vlersume shum, njiri asht ma i stimulum me ju pershtat e me konsumu produktet e mira e me u ndergjegjsu per ca t'ban mir e ca t'ban keq.

Stella metaman, vendi ku jeton ka shum shum randsi per menyren si ushqehesh. Ne shqipni psh hajm shendetshem, me gjana te fresketa e bio, por yndyra qe perdoret asht too damn high. lol. un kur shkoj andej, edhe nji veze me fergu, kapi e ia heku yndyren me leter. haha. mami tmerrohet.

Tesh un jam tip qe ha gjithca. Tu jetu vetem, bahem ifije dembele me than te drejten, persa i perket gatimit, por gjanat qe perdori jane te mira. Nuk jam aq e fiksume sa me shku me ble gjana bio, por njifare cilesiet e du.
Gjaja qe nuk mungon kurr ne frigoriferin tem, asht djathi - minimumi 3-4 lloje te ndryshme. Maroj krejt, parmiggiano iher! sa here qe shkoj ne supermarket marr tipe te ndryshme, francez, italian, du me i provu tana llojet.
Mish pulet maj gjithmone ne shpi se asht i kollajte me u gatu edhe i shpejte, kurse mishna te tjere ktu jo fort se pritoj me i ba. ndoshta mish te grim per naj salce bolognese. Kur jam te amorja e rregulloj ifije doren, bej me hanger gjellna, zarzavate kryesisht, se e di qe ushqehet bajagi keq kur s'jam un, e mundohem me ia balancu edhe atij.

E pranoj qe ekzagjeroj me sheqerin. Me kuptimin e plote te fjales. Ha cokollata e amelcina taaan diten. E sdu me ia dit hic Mundohem me e balancu me gjana te tjera me te shendetshme, fruta qe m'pelqejne shum e gjana te tilla.
Jam gjithmone partizane qe trupi jone ka nevoje per gjithca, kshtuqe ia jap perdite pak nga tana..fibra, karbohidrate (me shumice, lol), proteina, vitamina, antioksidanta.
S'kam ba naj here diete ne jeten teme. M'duken marrina krejt. Dhe nji zakon i mire qe kam marr, sidomos gjate dy viteve te fundit, asht qe kam fillu me hanger nadjen rregullisht. Asht gjaja ma e mire qe mundesh me ba per trupin! Ne shqipni nuk e kena pas kulture, ose kena hanger marrina. Ne itali m'pelqete gjithmone me ba nji briosh e nji kafe. po tesh e kam ba zakon perdite nadje sesban qumesht me cereali (drithra) qe jane shuuum t'mira e te shendetshme.

Tesh un ia xij jeten edhe me junk food, si pizza e kebab e McDonalds (ket te fundit shum rralle, nji here ne gjasht muj ndoshta) - pa permend alkoolin, po gjithesi ka disa zakone jo te shendetshme qe i kam hek e ndihem ma mire

7 ushqimet me vlerat ma te medhaja ushqyse - ne dendesi

Ka shum menyra me vleresu densitetin e vlerave ushqyese te ushqimit. Tan kto menyra i klasifikojne ushqimet duke u bazu ne kritere te ndryshme, keshtuqe rezultatet ndryshojne. Gjithsesi, duke i marr tana bashke, kto ushqime ma poshte kane shuuume vlera ushqyse edhe ne sasi shum te vogla.

1. Beans
Kane pak yndyre dhe shume proteina e fibra, beans (se prap spo di tesh n'shqip) njifen edhe si zarzavat edhe si proteine. Tana llojet, prej te grosha e deri te bizelja, permbajne shume phytonutrients, nji lloj antioksidanti qe asht shum i randsishem per te mbrojt trupin prej semundjeve te zemres, diabetit, e deri ne disa lloje te kancerit.

2. Oysters
Me 300mg Omega-3s per 30gram, oysters jane acidi i yndyrshem ma ushqyes se toni e salmoni. Plus qe ato permbajne nji sasi te rekomandushme ditore zinku, dhe nji te treten ditore te nevojshme me hekur.

Edhe kto kane perqendrim te madh te vlerave ushqyse. Nese i hani me gjithe lekure, merrni sasi jashte mase te medhaja te vitamines A dhe potasiumit. Gjithashtu ato te lajne ma gjate me ndjenjen e ngopjes, ne krahasim me zarzavate te tjera qe nuk kane kaq shum permbajtje fibrash.

5. Kerpudhat
Sidomos per vegjetariant, kerpudhat jane sinonimi i vitamines D - ato jane bartesit ma te mire, mas mishit. Gjithashtu kerpudhat jane te pasuna me selenium, qe asht provu se lufton kancerin, gjithashtu dhe copper e kalium.

6. Pistacchi
Keni nevoje per nji spuntino salato? Pistacchiot mund te ju japin proteina e fibra dhe ju furnizojne me shuuum vitamina e minerale. Mjafton me hanger nji grusht, e ke marr vitamina B6, vitamine E, thiamin, kalium, magnez, dhe yndyrna te shendetshme pa fund!

7. Kiwi
Frutat e pyllit ne pergjithesi njifen si frutat me permbajtje te nalt te anti-oksidantave, por kiwit jane alternative e mire per kur te merziten luleshtrydhet a blueberries - ose kur jane shum te shtrenjta. Vec nji kivi ne dite mjafton me marr tan vitaminen C te nevojshme, dhe ato jane plot me kalium, vitamina A dhe E, dhe fibra.

Metaman qe nadjen m'asht ba edhe mu ves me e hanger se n'Shkoder shpesh e kena lan mazdoret e asht gjaja ma e keqe qe i ban trupit. Se kena pas ves kurse ktu vet vetiut kur cohem nade shkoj n'guzhin e xej qumshtin,me biskota,naj kek ose brioche a ishi gjanash sa me pas dica ne bark e sidomos per ne qe jena n'aktivitet,me shkoll etj asht krysore.

N'drek mandej tuj ken n'shkoll shpesh m'takon me hanger panine ose ishi gjanash po kur takoj n'shpi mami gjithmon pergatit pjate te pare (makaron,oriz,gjell me mish etj) e nji te dyte plus sallaten gjithmon midis tavolins se e hajm tan e shpesh here i hedhi edhe portokall,moll,arra,avocado sallates e del metaman delicious. Masi punoj edhe nguzhin shof bajagi se ca bajn ata shefat,ndjeku tv per ita programa e edhe pse nuk di me gatu fort mir tuj ken se koha qe kam asht krejt e vogel masi kam msimet interesohem e kur m'del najfije kohe filloj e shpiku naj mrekulli

Cilesia e ushqimeve duhet me than asht e mir,s'na mungon kurgja,gjynah mu anku e kena mundsin shyqyr Zotit me zbulu shije e ushqime te reja edhe me sperimentu guzhina te reja.

Mu iher m'pelqen shum guzhina kineze/japoneze,sushi asht mrekulli per mu. Kur shkoj ne kta restorante la nam vec. S'permbahem hiq haha. Po edhe junk food ha,kur je i ri s'pushon tuj blu kshi shpifurinash po he,ca me ba. Sa te rritem tesh e la at ves

Rendesi ka me pase variatet ne ushqim. Une besoj ne ate po edhe si psiko qe jam, du ngjyra shume kur gatuaj ose prezantoj pjaten me jep kenaqesi dhe rrespekt per ushqimin.

Fruta kena gjithmone dhe e kam per ves me ble nga 2-3 te secilit lloj qe te kem variacion dhe mos te bahen te bezdissshme. Duken ngjyra te bukura dhe shije te ndryshme ne fruit bowl. Kam ble nje massive bowl qe i vejme aty dhe jane praktike po tu tek, kape naj nji per rruge hahaha...gjithmone te lame para se me i vu ne bowl se s'ke nevoje me u lodhe me la para se me e hanger se priton
Perime perdori shume po ma shume ato qe zihen si thote Stella dhe jane praktike e shpejt.
Mundohem me evitu ushqimet qe kane shume sheqer dhe ato qe jane te perpunume shume.
Buken e blej po gjithmone te zeze ose me fara ta ndryshme. Femijet jane mesu dhe nuk e dojne buken e bardhe vetem ne naj rast qe blejme wood oven bread per qefe po jo shpesh dhe e mira asht se nuk jeton gjate ngaqe s'ka preservatives..
Mish ashtu si frutat e blej pak nga secila kafshe hahaha pervec derrkucit qe s'me pelqen me e hanger jo per gja po shija nuk na shijon asnjenit.
Dy gjana nuk i lejoj as qe i blej: Alkol as pije te amla. Asht a big NO!
Amelsina me pakice ma shume akullore po edhe ato me kujdes low fat per mos me u ndi aq guilty hahaha plus mire per femije.
Blej bars qe jane natural and healthy per me i majte ne cante dhe po me hangri stomaku, jane praktike.
Uje shume uje sa ma shume uje. Praktike asht me pase nje shishe qe te peqlen dhe praktike e ashtu si bars, e kam me vedi ne cante gjithmone.
Kos very important me e pase dhe LSA asht si pluhun me fara qe ka plot proteine dhe shije e han me kos ose cereal ne nadje.
Tash qe po i shkruj, po e shoh se jam bajagi healthy ne shpi.
Ushqimi asht kulture dhe edukate plus nje rrelacion qe e ke tane jeten keshtu qe, duhet te jete i balancum dhe i mire per ty
Kur je prind, ka shume rendesi me i dhane edukate femijeve se e marrin me vedi kur te fillojne jeten e tyne indipendente.

Gatimi per mu duhet te jete i shpejte, i shendetshem dhe natyrisht i bukur hahaha po jam single mami me dy femije dhe pune so jeta jeme asht e tille so jam shume praktike dhe efficient
